Cruise Retirement Ltd (Australia) was formed as a Public Company with Mr Edd Stanley, Mr Christian Bannard and Mrs Beverly Bannard as the initial Founding Directors. Mr Ted Bannard assumes the role of General Manager.

Residency Agreements are drafted by lawyer, Mr Michael Pickering.

Mr David Bird becomes Board Chairman of Cruise Retirement.

Mr Christian Bannard and Dr Marc Baron (Co-CEOs) fly to Los Angeles to meet Mr Stephen Pais (Board memeber), then on to San Francisco and Miami for back-to-back negotiations with investors in relation to financing and refitting agreements for the vessel, Enchanted Capri.
